Scope of duties
- Organising and keeping an eye on the office work and partner companies (like service or renovation)
- Handling admin paperwork
- Making sure the building is clean and in good shape
- Managing warehouse and admin-financial systems
- Helping with orders, cost estimates and tender documents
- Organising meetings and company events
- Keeping track of the admin budget
- Preparing admin reports and analyses for company management
Requirements and skills
- Ability to use MS Office
- English language proficiency at least B1
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Punctuality and accuracy in performing duties
- Good communication and ability to work in a team
- Experience in an administrative role is a plus
- Knowledge of administrative regulations and procedures is a plus
- Skills in finance and accounting are a plus
