A.P. & A. Sp. z.o.o. was established in 1992 by President Mr Andreas Papadakis ( BSc. Marine Eng. CEng., IMAREST.SNAME,) a Marine Engineer who appreciated the potential of Marine Industry in Poland.

In 2005 A.P. & A. Poland Sp. z.o.o. was granted with Agency Certificate to send workers abroad and from 2013 complies with MLC regulation to send seafarers on board vessels.

In 2013, the company received a certificate of compliance with the requirements of regulation 1.4 of the Maritime Convention 2006 (MLC 2006) for seafarer selection and management system, and is currently operating in accordance with the certificate 17.
